RuneCapital ("we", "us", "the site") has been designed with privacy-conscious users in mind. Data will only collected in order to facilitate user interaction with the site, and to protect the operational integrity of the site. Data collected by RuneCapital will never be sold to third parties, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By using the site, you accept and agree to the terms of this policy.

Functional Data

RuneCapital collects information that you submit as part of using the site, in order to provide and improve its core functionality. This includes:

• Your email address, an arbitrary display name (which may be pseudonymous), a hashed representation of your password, and optionally, a referral code - all as provided during the account creation process.
• Email addresses and message contents, as provided during sales or support interactions.
• Payment information provided during subscription signup.
• Data elements bookmarked, favorited, or otherwise flagged by the user for storage.
• Settings and configuration data saved by the user.
• High-level usage data, such as search terms and requested URL paths, to guide website development and quality improvement.
• Technical identifiers automatically provided by your browser or device, as outlined in the "Logging" section.

Logging

In order to combat abuse of the site, RuneCapital logs HTTP requests sent to its servers.

Additionally, in circumstances of extreme abuse (such as Denial-of-Service attacks), the site reserves the right to deploy client-side fingerprinting technology, such as the services offered by FingerprintJS and similar anti-fraud tooling providers. Any data collected by such tooling will never be used to identify users for marketing purposes.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your device and sent along with your requests while using the site. RuneCapital relies on cookies for tracking user login sessions and similar core functionality, but will never use cookies for marketing or cross-site tracking purposes.

Children

RuneCapital is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in their country). We will delete any collected information if we discover that it was provided to us by a child.

Operational Data Partners

RuneCapital's cloud hosting provider utilizes Cloudflare's Magic Transit service for communication with their servers. Please reference https://www.cloudflare.com/magic-transit/ for the latest up-to-date information on any data elements potentially captured by their service.

We reserve the right to employ an anti-abuse service in the future to combat malicious activity.

Requests

You may request the correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by reaching us through the "Contact" section below. Data may persist in backups for up to six months after deletion or alteration.

To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, we may need to verify your identity or ownership of an account before we can give you access to or change information about you.
